Kathryn was born and raised in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. She began dancing ballet at the age of three and soon discovered a passion for performing.

A graduate of the joint actor training program between Sheridan College and The University of Toronto Mississauga she has an Honours BA with a Specialist in Theatre and Drama Studies, a Major in English, and a diploma of professional acting. 

Shortly after graduating from theatre school she was cast in SPACE/BBC America's "Orphan Black". She spent 5 seasons performing as Tatiana Maslany's acting double and recurred as her own character, Alexis, in seasons 2 and 3.  

In addition to her recent acting credits Kathryn has been writing and producing.
